La Viole Restaurant, Newbury Street, Boston, MA
After a long flight and settling in at the Newberry Guest House, in the Back Bay neighborhood, I decided to dine at LaVoile Restaurant, a French bistro right down my front stairs. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
Below is a photo of my dessert, a delightfully smooth custard Creme Brulee topped with burnt brown sugar and a strawberry . Along with my wine of the evening, a glass of Bourgogne Pinot Noir, and I was a happy soul.
Traveling alone isn’t so bad, or scary, as long as you take care of self along the way.
